The Silencer^® is a sleep apnea device that is made of a pliable material, and is more comfortable than comparable devices.  It allows for lateral movement of the mandible, maintaining protection for TMJ while also allowing the patient to move their jaw more freely.  Unlike most sleep apnea devices, it allows for vertical adjustment and can be adjusted by the patient when desired.
